Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Support administrative function (inclusive office admin, canteen management, employee uniform management etc)
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Responsible for finance admin payable list checking and verification. Provides information by answering questions and requests upon finance request relating to the payment lists.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • To assist communicate and liaise with the finance vendor, company secretarial, and supplier.
