Job Description
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Support administrative function (inclusive office admin, canteen management, employee uniform management etc)
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Responsible for finance admin payable list checking and verification. Provides information by answering questions and requests upon finance request relating to the payment lists.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- To assist communicate and liaise with the finance vendor, company secretarial, and supplier.
