Job Description

- Handling new & existing customer enquiry.
- Provide services support & documentation support to customer
- Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist sales-person to track order.
- Daily operation Invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery
- Resolve the customer service issue.
- Updating daily report by plant
- Chasing CN transporter
- Sorting CN by plant
- Update inventory and quarterly reports by plant
- Submit CN to plant on weekly basis
- Preparing diversion letter
- CN submit by plant end of month.
- Filling reports by plant
- Filling Distribution copy
- Send monthly report to plant via email.
- Prepare acknowledgment letter by plant.
