Customer Service Executive – SHAH ALAM / SUBANG

Job Description

Hello, amazing talents! Our company is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic candidate who is eager to learn. Basically you will have to:

  • Handling new & existing customer enquiry.
  • Provide services support & documentation support to customer
  • Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist sales-person to track order.
  • Daily operation Invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery
  • Resolve the customer service issue.
  • Updating daily report by plant 
  • Chasing CN transporter 
  • Sorting CN by plant 
  • Update inventory and quarterly reports by plant 
  • Submit CN to plant on weekly basis
  • Preparing diversion letter
  • CN submit by plant end of month. 
  • Filling reports by plant 
  • Filling Distribution copy 
  • Send monthly report to plant via email. 
  • Prepare acknowledgment letter by plant.
