Fulfilment Executive – KUALA LUMPUR / SELANGOR
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Fulfillment
- Complete fulfillment orders for retail customers and B2B including picking the inventory from storage, packing and shipping orders.
- Processing work orders and provision of the inventory
- Packaging orders customised distribution
Stock Management
- Ordering inventory from suppliers and securing shipment arrival times
- Managing inventory packaging for standard and custom distribution
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
- Reporting discrepancies in inventory in a monthly basis
- Implementing loss prevention programs
- Obtaining estimates and price shipping details from different vendors to compare costs
- Facilitate the requirement from auditors on the annual Stock Count
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours
- Must have own transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
