Personal Assistant to CEO – PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR


As a PA to CEO in our Company, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our CEO and lead the sales team to success. You’ll expected to schedule appointments, manage correspondence, and oversee the entire sales process, from developing targeted strategies to meeting revenue targets. 

We need a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales management. If you’re passionate about driving business growth and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!


1. Maintaining relations with developer and agency.

2. Working with the sales agents team to develop targeted sales strategies.

3. Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.

4. Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

5. Handle other ad-hoc task upon request from CEO.

6. Assisting CEO in his daily schedule & task such as appointment, presentation,

meeting with clients, minutes taking and etc.

7. Short trip traveling to branch office is required.

8. Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, collaborating with various departments and teams as needed.


  • Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager in Real Estate Industry field.
  • At least 2-3 years working experiences in Personal Assistant role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Knowledge of sales & marketing trends and analysis techniques.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
