Objectives
- Ensure all order processing activities are completed accurately and on a timely basis; and
- Use strong interpersonal skills both in English and Malay to communicate well to customers and team members.
Some Of The Work You Will Be Doing:
- Dealing with customers via phone and email;
- Processing orders in our AutoCount system for invoicing; and
- Ad hoc work as required by Management.
Requirements:
- At least a SPM qualification or equivalent;
- Be proficient at using Microsoft Office;
- Possess great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in English and Malay; and
- Experience in AutoCount accounting is an added advantage.
