  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities – including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyse financial report such as balance sheet income statements and cash flow statement
  • Develop and implement staff reward scheme / incentive / overtime claim.
  • Support external audits / accountant – providing necessary documentation and explanation during financial year-end.
  • Support in sales administrative tasks
  • Support for administrative procedures and documentation necessary for projects·      
  • Manage, coordinate, check and monitor and record all project-related documents (quotation/invoice/progress report /staff leave/incentive record/ performance review with existing software and apps)
  • Perform Human Resources related administration and benefits.
  • Checking staff’s attendance and daily activities record and provide information to Accountant for payroll preparation.
  • Checking record of inventory of offices and hand tools or equipment
  • Keep track of maintenance record of company vehicles and petrol expenses.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Meticulous and capable of manage work pressure
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
  • Effective organization, follow-up and time-management skills
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounting / Book Keeping or related field.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Can speak well Mandarin is an added advantage
