Job description & responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondences and compile reports for submission to government departments including online submission. Experience with JPN, KPKT systems such as BLESS or HIMS would be advantageous.
- Generate e-SPA from HIMS.
- Update superior of important tasks and deadline.
- Handle other ad hoc matters as when required and act as support in required issue.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and / or English.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
