Job Description
Job Responsibilities :-
- Oversee the Human Resource Department including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation and employee relations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview, reference checks and job offer.
- Process payroll and ensure meeting the payment dateline of government statutory.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance matters, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings.
- Establish and maintain company KPI system with external and internal parties.
- Ensure a smooth On-boarding & Off-boarding process for the new joiners and leavers respectively.
- To assist in maintaining company HACCP system (training section).
- Oversee and handle foreign worker affair and well-being.
- Coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers including training registration in HRDC portal (submission of grants, follow-up on the approvals, and managing claims/queries)
- To perform any additional or ad hoc assignment from the Management from time to time.
Requirements :-
- Minimum 3 years of working experience at the senior executive level. Ideally with exposure to the food industry or FMCG environment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Hulu Kelang and Kepong.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
- Well-versed in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967, and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
- Proactive, resourceful, strong desire to learn and commitment to carry out the responsibility.
- Familiar with SAGE Payroll software would be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
