About the role
Provide specialised technical expertise to support the integration, operation, and optimisation of FRCS platforms across domains such as Legal, Fraud, Compliance, Audit, and other function-specific systems, ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient end-to-end processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations for function-specific platforms (Legal systems, Fraud monitoring tools, GRC solutions, compliance applications, etc.)
- Manage APIs, middleware workflows, and data transformations to support business needs
- Monitor interface health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and integration inventories for assigned platforms
- Support upgrades, patches, release cycles, and regression testing
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., audit controls, legal requirements, risk mandates)
- Collaborate with Legal, Fraud, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to validate data accuracy and system behaviour
- Identify automation and optimisation opportunities within specialised functions
- Participate in CAB reviews, incident reports, and post-implementation validations
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, IAM, and Security teams to ensure system stability and access integrity
About you
- 3–7 years of experience in technical systems support or integration roles
- Experience supporting specialised applications (Legal, Fraud, GRC, Compliance, Audit)
- Hands-on integration experience using APIs, middleware, and automation tools
- Strong understanding of data structures, workflow logic, and system interdependencies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver stable technical solutions
