As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for ambitious and commercially driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Malaysia.
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements, business objectives, and workforce challenges.
- Prepare and present recruitment proposals, service agreements, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate recruitment terms, fees, and service arrangements with clients.
- Drive revenue growth through permanent placement and contract staffing
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to candidate placement.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using various sourcing channels.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify suitable candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and support onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and service delivery.
- Develop long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide regular market insights to clients.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring demands, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding market conditions and talent availability.
