Key Responsibilities
- Process Sales Orders accurately and efficiently
- Check and monitor stock availability
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Enter Sales Orders into AutoCount system
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with suppliers and customers
- Update reports and records as required
Requirements
- Min SPM qualification or higher
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin for daily communication with China (HQ)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
