We are looking for a highly driven Malaysian regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across multiple branches in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, sharp commercial instincts and the determination to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales performance across assigned branches within the Malaysian region.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Accountable for meeting sales volume and revenue targets together with related expense budget.
- Provide leadership, coaching, motivation and guidance to branch sales teams to drive productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of branch activities with overall company goals and standards.
- Foster a strong performance-driven culture, motivating teams to achieve excellence.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions and team progress for the Director.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably at Malaysian regional or multi-branch level.
- Strong leadership and people management skills. Supervisory and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly driven, results-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently within the Malaysian region.
