What you’ll be doing:-

  • Ensure the delivery of Talent Acquisition services & metrics to meet hiring strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for all entry level and assigned openings & provide regular recruitment updates and tracking reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
  • Lead and participate in career fairs, campus engagement initiatives, and recruitment events to build strong talent pipelines, particularly for entry-level hiring.
  • Drive and continuously enhance employer branding initiatives across multiple channels (e.g. social media, job platforms, campus outreach) to position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling employer value propositions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with HRBP and C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs.
  • Provide expert talent advisory to the business, offering insights and recommendations.

What we’re looking for:-

  • 5+ years’ experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role ideally within a fast-paced, diverse organization; recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
  • Experience in organizing and managing career fairs, campus hiring, or recruitment events, with a strong ability to engage early talent.
  • Proven track record in driving employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience of working on mass hiring is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Expertise in various direct candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
  • Passion for complex recruiting problem-solving and stakeholder coaching.
