Position: HR Specialist

- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Arrange interviews and conduct onboarding training for direct production workers (operators).
- Manage recruitment for non-direct production roles, including but not limited to: Quality management, Engineers, Manufacturing management, Procurement, Finance, Production planning, Warehousing, Equipment maintenance & repair.
- Attendance & Shift Management (Good mathematical foundation required)
- Check the rationality and compliance of employee shift schedules.
- Verify employee clock-in/out records against assigned shifts.
- Process leave requests and ensure accurate documentation.
- Issue disciplinary notices related to attendance violations according to company policies.
- Employee Relations & Daily HR Support
- Assist with employee onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain personnel files and attendance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above; major in HR management, administration, mathematics, statistics, or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of HR or relevant experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with recruitment for both production workers and multi-functional roles.
- Good mathematical foundation and data sensitivity; proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) for attendance and shift data processing.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and handling of employee relations (disciplinary cases, leave, etc.) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Language requirements: Fluent in Chinese (for communication with headquarters or Chinese-speaking teams); Working proficiency in English (reading and writing).
