1. Answer phone calls and redirect to the right person.
2. Welcome customers/ visitors and create visitor sticker via VRS system to be sticked on visitor’s shirt.
3. Inform PIC on the arrival of the visitor and them to the meeting room.
4. Take picture and print all types of badges through Data card printer for missing or new badge with or without medical, phone logo and/ or warehouse:
i. Employee badge
ii. Laptop badge
iii. visitor/ vendor badge
iv. outsourced worker, e.g. driver/ cleaner/ canteen caterer
v. interviewee
5. Support phantom audit to reprint faulty/ blurry employee badge.
6. Housekeep and update phone directory on monthly basis, include new joins and remove resignees on monthly basis.
7. Do filing for medical team registration form, DL increment letters and Performance Appraisal Form into Employee Personal File.
8. Arrange and coordinate DL Recognition Meal and Skip Review with refreshment ordering and check attendance.
9. Ensure DL Recognition Meal event’s advertisement publish in TV Gallery.
10. Search picture for the best performer slides for Quarterly Top Performer during communication session.
11. Support HR activities, birthday celebration, festival celebration, Communication session for attendance.
12. Distribute company letters to relevant department.
