We are looking for an experienced, driven, and responsible individual to join our growing team.
This is not just a standard retail position. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, appreciates quality audio, and is motivated by growth and sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Recommend suitable HiFi and audio solutions to customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and listening sessions
• Build customer relationships through genuine consultation
• Support showroom presentation and daily operations
• Assist with events, setups, social media, and brand activities
• Maintain strong product knowledge across our audio brands
• Ensure customers receive a smooth and professional experience from inquiry to after-sales support
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Has at least 1 year of sales or retail experience
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Is proactive, responsible, and able to multitask
• Learns quickly and works independently
• Has genuine interest in music, HiFi, home audio, or lifestyle products
• Is driven by results, personal growth, and sales performance
• Enjoys engaging with customers and building trust through genuine consultation
• Takes initiative and does not wait to be constantly instructed
• Is willing to work weekends and retail hours when required
• Values professionalism, teamwork, and customer experience
Bonus if you:
• Have experience soldering audio cables or handling basic audio setup work
Candidates with experience in premium retail, consumer electronics, home audio, or related industries will have an added advantage.
