Description
- Manage customer orders through calls, email, WhatsApp, and internal channels.
- Ensure accurate order entry and coordinate fulfilment with internal teams.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to support daily operations.
- Coordinate with distributors and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Profile
A successful Customer Service professional should have:
- A Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage operational tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a structured and fast-paced environment.
