Key Responsibilities
Buyer
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing packages in terms of quality, price, delivery schedule, and service.
- Maintain competitive purchase pricing while ensuring high quality, reliability, and supplier performance.
- Develop and implement purchasing plans to ensure timely material delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and follow up on order status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and supply continuity.
Planner
- Perform production planning and coordinate closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely material availability for production.
- Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Ensure final products meet customer quality standards and requirements.
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams on capacity and resource planning to optimize production efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in any field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
