Provide analysis and support Head of Farm in managing farm KPIs as below:
- Breeder & Hatchery – Productivity (DOC per HH), PS Mortality, Hatchability, DOC CV, DOC Quality, PS Weight Management, Biosecurity, Overheads and Fixed Operating Expenses.
- Broiler – Performance Index, 7th days body weight, Feed Cost per kg of broiler meat, FCR, Mortality, Cycle time, Non-conformance factors (CV, bruises, broken or red wing tip, ammonia burnt, etc), Productivity (kg per square meter), Biosecurity, Overheads and Fixed Operating Expenses.
2) Analyse and optimise variable overheads (VOH), including staff costs, medications, pesticides, disinfectants, repair & maintenance, utilities and other operating expenses.
3) Collaborate with farm, harvesting, logistics and downstream stakeholders to identify and reduce non-conformance costs (DOA, weight loss, bruises, broken wings, etc.).
4) Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess financial impact of changes in key operational drivers.
5) Support annual budgeting and monthly latest estimate (LE) revisions.
6) Perform financial feasibility analysis for new capex (equipment, broiler and breeder farms) and operational projects.
7) Support CF and OMBB onboarding processes, including verification of account creation forms and OF/OMBB contracts. Ensure accurate and timely processing of end-cycle payments.
8) Ensure adherence to farm internal controls (purchasing SOP, cash sales, live bird invoicing and credit notes, repair & maintenance controls, petty cash claims, etc.).
9) Ensure operational data capturing is timely and accurate (cycle completion, invoicing, consumables/medication usage, etc.)
10) Drive accountability in operational data accuracy to ensure financial reporting integrity.
11) Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time.
