Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Client Correspondence: Prepare formal and informal communications to address client inquiries, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and encourage repeat business.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Sales & Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies, informing strategic decisions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Sales Targets: Accountable for achieving sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Weekly Marketing Reports: Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyse sales data to evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work across departments to ensure the smooth flow of business operations, aligning sales and marketing efforts with overall company goals.
