Job Responsibilities:

Write clean, scalable code using C# and .NET Core framework.
Design, develop, and maintain microservices architecture using .NET Core.
Implement and integrate message queues/streaming platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Collaborate with team members to define, design, and deliver new features.
Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported by QA or clients.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in .NET Core, microservices, and messaging platforms.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Architect and design complex software solutions using C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions.
Ensure code quality through reviews and automated testing.
Optimize and refactor codebase for performance and maintainability.
Investigate and recommend new tools and technologies for improved efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on C# and .NET Core.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms.
Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and complex query writing.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring teams.
Background in fintech or financial applications is an added advantage.
