Job Purpose:
Supports Cardiovascular and Respiratory services by managing administrative and clinical coordination, organizing corporate and medical events, collecting market insights, and assisting with patient management. Also builds and maintains strong relationships with patients, families, internal departments, doctors, and external vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Clinical function
- Ensure accurate and high-quality clinical data collection and management.
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality control.
- Maintain data documentation and management plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, protocols, and SOPs.
- Generate and review clinical data reports and summaries.
2) Administrative function
- Organize and promote corporate health events, build and maintain relationships with clients and specialists, communicate updates on services and events, and support social media and community outreach activities.
- Assist in organizing health events, campaigns, symposiums, and talks, while supporting marketing activities such as exhibitions, booths, and conferences.
- Conduct market intelligence to monitor competitors, identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and optimize pricing and packages to improve sales, financial performance, and patient satisfaction.
- Provide patient consultation and support by coordinating appointments, explaining services, financial consult and procedures, addressing inquiries and concerns, collaborating with departments to ensure a smooth patient journey, maintaining high customer care standards, handling complaints, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with data reporting and out-of-hours services.
3) Ethic & Professional Conduct
- Manage the patient journey according to SOPs and Policies, ensure compliance with hospital rules and MOH guidelines, communicate and collaborate effectively, maintain confidentiality, follow legal frameworks like the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and uphold professionalism with all colleagues and stakeholders.
4) Quality Improvement & Risk Management
- Responsible to be involved in and contribute to all quality improvement activities of the department and the hospital.
5) Environment, Safety & Health
- Take responsibility for personal and workplace safety, cooperate with the employer on health and safety duties, use provided protective equipment, and comply with all occupational safety and health instructions and regulations.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Science degree, from an accredited University.
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC); if applicable.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative preferably within the healthcare Industry.
- Computer literate.
- Possess patience, empathy, emotional stability, and a friendly, flexible demeanor, while working well in teams, presenting a positive image, confidently liaising with all levels, and resolving issues diplomatically.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and general medicine.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and copywriting.
