You are important to us to:
- Take charge of pre- and post-contract management, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee construction costs, materials, and variations, and manage final accounts.
- Prepare and submit budgetary estimates that help shape real-world projects.
- Assist with contractual and operational matters while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver results.
- Work with the finance team to manage project payments and monthly cash flow projections.
- Handle payment claims and final accounts with a keen eye for detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the construction industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Construction Management Systems
- Experienced in high-rise building or infrastructure projects
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Able to communicate in local dialect will be an added advantage
