This Legal Counsel, Asia Pacific position presents an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected organization within the technology industry. Based in Tokyo, you will support the company’s regional operations by providing legal advice and guidance across the Asia Pacific region.
Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents, supporting licensing applications and renewals, monitoring regulatory developments, and working closely with business units to manage legal risks. You will also liaise with external counsel on regulatory, administrative, and dispute-related matters as required.
