About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plant Production Operator to join our team at Union Harvest (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Port Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our production facility.
What you’ll be doing
- Operate and monitor production machine and equipment to ensure efficient and consistent output
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to identify and resolve any issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the production team to identify, prepare, and implement improvements to the mixing product process
- Monitor the general workers at the mixer plant and oversee the housekeeping of the area
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
- Assist with material handling and inventory management as needed
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience as a Plant Production Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow standard operating procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Familiarity with machine operator responsibilities and best practices
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
