Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations (medical, Insurances and etc), and HR administration.
- Handle full recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews, hiring, offer, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Presenting the company at job fairs and recruitment events to support talent sourcing and employer branding.
- Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, commissions, deductions, statutory contributions and EA Form in compliance with labour regulations.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, counselling, and performance appraisal processes.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR letters (confirmation, increment, warning, termination etc).
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure high confidentiality of HR data.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, labour law requirements, and Employee Handbook.
- Perform ad-hoc task or assignments delegated by direct Superior or Management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR working experience in any related field
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- Candidates with prior working experience in the Construction or Renewable Energy industry will be given priority consideration
- Trilingual proficiency required: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience with SQL Payroll system added advantages
- Able to manage and support full-spectrum HR functions for a company headcount of approximately 50–60 employees
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Possess own transport
