We are a rapidly expanding warehouse operation and scaling fast to meet growing demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end B2C supply chain operations, from order fulfillment to last-mile delivery.
- Optimize logistics, inventory, and distribution processes for efficiency, transparency, and claimability.
- Manage and coach a team of 3–5 staff, ensuring KPIs in speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with brand management and commercial teams to align supply chain execution with campaign goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Desirable Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution (B2C focus preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, delegate, and develop teams.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
