About the Role
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative with a proven track record in telesales. This role is ideal for a driven, confident communicator who excels at engaging customers over the phone and consistently delivering results.
We offer an attractive basic salary with an uncapped commission structure to reward high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to prospective and existing customers
- Clearly present and explain company products/services in a professional and persuasive manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and manage self-sourced leads
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism, and customer service
- Work closely with supervisors and the sales team to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience (experience in financial services, loan products, insurance, or telemarketing is an advantage)
- Demonstrated sales achievements with verifiable performance records
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident phone manner with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage)
