About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at U-One Marketing Sdn. Bhd. in our Cheras, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our accounting and finance operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in prepare a complete, accurate routine of reporting, data entry and analysis, filing and records all documents.
- Identify discrepancies in ledgers and account.
- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details.
- Create account reports for management.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- Good communication skills, ability to multi-task, responsible, positive attitude and work independently.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred related working experience & Mandarin speaker candidates.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (must know writing, read & speaking Mandarin).
- LCCI/Diploma in Accounting/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good communication skills, ability to multi-task, responsible, positive attitude and work independently.
