Job Summary:
A Human Resources Generalist role with a strong focus on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, employer branding, and system enhancements. The role also contributes to Learning & Organization Development, driving impactful development strategies to grow employee capabilities and support business success.
Job Functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
- Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance).
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis.
- Oversee employee relations and address any workplace issues or grievances
- Assist in policy development, HR process improvements, and compliance-related initiatives.
- Acts as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring legal adherence and fostering a positive work environment.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
