About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Techno-Commercial Executive to join our team. This role suits a candidate who can confidently blend technical knowledge with commercial acumen, supporting customers, driving sales, and promoting our innovative product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support to customers, including product recommendations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and service excellence.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product training to clients.
· Work closely with the sales and R&D teams to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
· Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, quotations, and order processing.
· Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields.
· Minimum 1–3 years experience in technical sales, customer support, or techno-commercial roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if strong technical background).
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work independently, travel for customer visits, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Good analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Possession of a valid driving license.
