Assistant Manager, Sales (Property)

The Assistant Manager, Sales (Property) is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Sales in driving property sales, optimizing pricing strategies, managing customer engagement, and supervising sales operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Targets

  • Assist in developing and executing property sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Monitor performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and enforce corrective measures when necessary.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and leads.

2. Customer Engagement & Deal Closing

  • Engage with high-value clients, understand their needs, and present tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while adhering to pricing and margin guidelines.
  • Support the contract phase, particularly in Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) preparation and payment schedules.

3. Sales Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day sales team functions, including booking processes and CRM entries.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales documentation—SPAs, booking forms, receipts—and maintain data in systems like IFCA or Salesforce.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Mentor and guide sales executives and coordinators.
  • Serve as the key liaison between sales and internal teams—marketing, finance, legal.

5. Sales Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Generate frequent sales reports: pipeline status, conversion metrics, performance dashboards.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market price shifts.
  • Provide insights for presentations and strategic planning.

6. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with external partners including banks, agents, legal advisors to support sales processing.
  • Follow up with buyers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth conversion and documentation flow.

7. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal pricing policies, authorization protocols, and audit standards.
  • Support due diligence in sales contracts and new customer onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience

·  Education: Atleast Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

·  Experience: At least 4 -6 years of experience in property development or real estate sales.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of property sales processes and legal documentation.
