JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Preferably Junior Executive/Engineer/Technician with at least of 1 years of full time professional experience supporting the following: network, server, storage, IT security
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skilled in analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging application functionalities and system development.
- Strong ability to work with team or independently under tight deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Basic hardware skills are required.
- Mandarin Speaking candidates will be added as an advantages as need to liaise with China counterpart.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Assist in planning and implementing hardware, CCTV, software and network.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software and network.
- Assist in installing, operating, and upgrading communication systems, including hardware, network, security, storage, and software.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining existing IT infrastructure such as servers, PCs, network systems, security systems and video conferencing.
- Provide Help Desk support and handle day-to-day desktop technical issues for end users.
