Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic client relationships within the plantation and agriculture sector.
- Proactively promote Agrionex’s products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines, CRM records, and regular progress reports.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in B2B technology solutions, agriculture, or plantation-related industries.
- Strong understanding of agricultural operations and willingness to learn about smart farming technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
