Job Function:
I. Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, permits, and blueprints.
II. Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents (both physical and digital).
III. Update records, logs, and reports related to construction activities.
IV. Handle email and phone communications with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
V. Draft letters, memos, and meeting minutes as needed.
VI. Assist in preparing purchase orders and requisition forms.
VII. Track deliveries and liaise with vendors or suppliers to ensure timely arrivals.
VIII. Monitor attendance records for workers and staff on-site.
IX. Track materials used and stock levels for inventory control.
X. Ensure site documents comply with company policies and local regulations.
XI. Assist with safety documentation, such as maintaining updated safety logs.
XII. Handle email and phone communications with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
XIII. Draft letters, memos, and meeting minutes as needed.
XIV. Assist in preparing purchase orders and requisition forms.
XV. Track deliveries and liaise with vendors or suppliers to ensure timely arrivals.
