Job Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Preparation of Approval Paper – develop preliminary project plans, schedules, and costing
  • Driving design development between the group of Consultants and End User requirement.
  • Oversees overall procurement process from preparation of Tender Document, Pre Tender Estimate, Tender / Request for Quotation ‘RFQ’, Evaluation and Appointment of Consultants, Contractors and Vendors and be part of the Tender Evaluation Committee member
  • Authority submission – Dynamic driver for overall authority process, monitoring and track progress.
  • Oversees and Managing daily project monitoring by Project Executives in supervising, monitoring, and inspecting project progress to ensure compliance with deadlines, cost and quality standards
  • Leading and directing project teams, including Consultants, contractors, subcontractors and project vendors
  • Regularly reports to Top Management on overall Project Status
  • Managing contracts, variations, payment verification and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirement
  • Manages project coordination activities and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization
  • Dynamic identification of project issues, defects and decide solution proposal.
  • Risk Management – Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate to superior with solution proposal
  • Project Closure – Oversees project closeout activities, CPC, DLP, CMGD, final reports.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management (with healthcare facilities would be an added advantage.)
  • Basic knowledge in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
  • Knowledge of Bill of Quantities, drawing mastery and ESH is required.
  • Experience in Local Authority and CKAPS liaison would be an added advantage.
  • Able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office especially Power Point and Excel.
  • Able to speak and write fluently in English.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
