HR cum ADMIN MANAGER

Human Resources Management / 人力资源管理

1.      Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

制定、执行并定期审查人力资源政策及程序,确保符合劳动法与公司规定。

2.      Manage compensation and benefits, including monthly payroll review, statutory submissions, and employee welfare schemes.

管理薪酬与福利,包括月度工资审核、法定申报及员工福利计划。

3.      Plan and manage staffing requirements, including recruitment and placement of local and foreign workers, in line with company budgets.

根据公司预算规划人员需求,包括本地及外籍员工招聘与配置。

4.      Oversee recruitment processes, optimize channels and strategies to attract and retain talent, and minimize turnover.

监督招聘流程,优化招聘渠道及策略以吸引和留住人才,降低流失率。

5.      Conduct training needs assessments and implement training plans to enhance staff skills and career progression.

实施培训需求评估及培训计划,推动员工能力提升及职业发展。

6.      Handle employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and relations matters in compliance with legal and company standards, including audit and government inspections.

管理员工纪律、申诉及关系事宜,确保符合法规及公司政策,配合审计与政府部门检查。

7.      Maintain HR data systems and conduct workforce analytics (e.g., turnover rates, attendance, training effectiveness) to support decision-making.

管理人力资源数据系统,进行人力分析(如流失率、出勤率、培训成效)以支持决策。

8.      Maintain close communication with department heads to ensure smooth implementation of HR strategies and operations.

必须与各部门主管保持密切的沟通,确保人力资源策略和操作的顺利实施。

9.      Maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation to meet audit requirements, ensuring strict confidentiality of information.

维护完整的人力资源记录和文件以满足审计要求,并严格保密信息。

10.  Lead weekly team meetings to review progress, realign manpower, assign responsibilities, and proactively train and develop departmental talent to enhance overall team performance.
每周主持团队会议,检讨进度、协调人力、分配职责,并积极培训和发展部门人才,提升整体团队绩效。

11.  Manage team KPIs, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
管理团队KPI,评估绩效,并提供反馈以提升个人与团队的工作效能。

12.  To undertake any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

承担公司指派的任何其他临时性工作或职责。

Provide Daily Administrative Support / 日常行政支持

13.  Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, procurement, vendor and insurance management to ensure smooth workflows.

监督办公室日常运营,包括设施维护、物资采购、供应商和保险管理,确保高效运作。

14.  Prepare and manage the administration budget, perform cost analysis and control expenses (e.g., office supplies, facility management).

制定和执行行政预算,进行成本分析及控制(如办公用品、设施管理等)。

15.  Supervise the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.

监督环境、健康与安全(EHS)政策实施(如员工健康检查、办公安全),确保符合法规。

16.  Manage company records and documentation, ensuring data security and traceability.

管理公司重要文件及记录,确保文档安全及信息可追溯。

17.  Support management with administrative tasks and provide operational assistance.

协助管理层处理日常行政事务和提供支持。

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administrative Management, Business Management, or related fields.
    人力资源、行政管理、商业管理或相关专业的本科及以上学历。Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR and administration management experience.
    经验:至少5年人力资源及行政管理经验。
  • Knowledge: Knowledgeable in labor laws, compensation and benefits, recruitment and training, administration, and EHS management.
    知识:熟悉劳动法、薪酬与福利、招聘培训流程、行政及EHS管理。
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
    技能:优秀的人际沟通能力、组织能力及问题解决能力,熟练使用Microsoft Office软件。
  • Language: Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
    语言:英语及中文(书面及口语)流利。
  • Others: Ability to handle confidential matters, multitask effectively, and travel occasionally as required.
    其他:具备处理机密事务的能力,多任务处理能力,能适应短期出差
