About the Role: We are seeking a driven and capable Manager – CEO’s Office to support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the executive office. This is a unique opportunity for a bright, tech-savvy professional to work closely with a visionary CEO in a fast-growing, innovation-driven engineering group.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the operations and priorities of the CEO’s office.
● Translate high-level strategic direction into action plans and follow-through.
● Coordinate key projects across departments, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met.
● Prepare meeting materials, briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external engagements.
● Handle sensitive communications and act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
● Assist in the implementation of IT tools and business systems where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
● A degree in Engineering and an MBA, with at least one degree from a recognized foreign university.
● 3–5 years of experience in executive support, operations, consulting, or project management.
● Excellent spoken and written English.
● High learning agility and ability to quickly grasp new IT tools and digital platforms.
● A proactive, highly organized problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
