ADMINISTRATOR (HR)

HR Administration:

  • Manages and supports HR processes, including assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, training, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. 
  • Coordinating on-boarding activities for new hires
  • Managing employee time off requests
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of training programs. 
  • Maintaining training records
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software , EXCEL & databases.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
