HR Administration:
- Manages and supports HR processes, including assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, training, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinating on-boarding activities for new hires
- Managing employee time off requests
- Assisting with the development and implementation of training programs.
- Maintaining training records
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software , EXCEL & databases.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
