We are seeking talented Audit Associates to join our dynamic team at SFAI MALAYSIA located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. As an Audit Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients across diverse industries. What you’ll be doing
- Conducting audits and reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting in the planning and execution of audit engagements, including risk assessment, data gathering, and analytical procedures
- Preparing detailed audit reports and communicating findings to clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality audit services
- Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our audit processes and methodologies
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Relevant experience in external auditing, preferably within a public accounting firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
