Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute day-to-day order entry and processing, customer service and support to meet expected quality service level.
- Handling purchase submission, reservation & confirmation, transfer, cancellation of sales and delivery arrangement.
- Handling daily jobs for both import and export shipments. (i.e: Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Invoices & Delivery Note).
- Handling any document inquiries from internal/ external customers.
- Preparing delivery notes, quotations and monthly reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree with minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Service field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Words, PowerPoint
