About the role

TANAMAS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team in Kuantan Pahang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the broader team
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases and filing systems
  • Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
  • Undertaking general office duties such as photocopying, printing and mailing
  • What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 year of working experience related to administration
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma
  • Possess positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
