Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and interpretation of specifications, drawings, and regulations for M&E services and installations.
  • Conduct engineering calculations required for project design.
  • Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on technical matters, including method statements, drawings, and material submissions.
  • To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C & QAQC check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
  • Ensure quality and timely installation of M&E works as per approved shop drawings and schedules.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Oversee daily site work and contractor activities.
  • Perform testing and commissioning of M&E installations.
  • To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM is an added advantage.
