Job Responsibilities:

To organise talks, workshops, events for the public that assist in business development.
To assist the Marketing Manager to prepare correspondences relating to marketing activities.
To assist the Marketing Manager to conduct market surveys to understand market demand and sentiment.
To provide course counselling to students, parents, walk-in customers, etc.
Carry out targeted promotions and activities to increase public awareness and student enrolment.
Propose marketing opportunities as well as new markets to achieve the College’s business objectives.
Participate in market research and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
Maintains potential database and prepares reports.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, fairs and other marketing or promotional events.
Responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving service provision and for implementing a continuous improvement programmes to maintain students’ enrolment.
Involved in the planning and implementation of tactical plans to create consumer sales off-take.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Applicants must have own transport.
Willing to work occasionally on weekends for events purposes
Applicants must be willing to work in Penang
Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa (written and oral). The ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
Dynamic, persuasive and passionate about sales.
