- Attend to all customer inquiries through various channel of communication
- Provide a positive, empathetic, enthusiastic and professional service towards the customer at all times
- Proficient in company products and services knowledge to provide accurate information to customer in a timely manner as per company regulations
- Collect feedback and establish a healthy and professional customer relationship
- Monitor all community comments, complaints and messages and respond accordingly
- Maintain all work records, transaction and documents
- Carry out any other related task assigned by the company
Job Requirements
- Education SPM or higher
- Fluent language skill in Mandarin and English
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin (China Client)
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) and above
- Strong learning ability and communication skill
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
