Job Description
Job DescriptionOrder processing & delivery arrangement: (Johor / Melaka / MM- Senheng )
- Ensure sales order’s billing price issue by sales team are follow monthly price bulletin which is tally with SAP system
- Input order by generate 2 sales order (ZBS, ZSO) and picking list from SAP system
- Indicate remarks for those order is required special arrangement at the picking list
- Coordinate with PL for price blocking & PM if there is any price different at SAP system
- Picking list forward to warehouse for delivery arrangement
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse if there is any issue during delivery to ensure delivery done without failure
- Log in Senheng online system to pre-book slot for every delivery arrangement
POD Tracking, Billing, Invoice Dispatch and Filling:
- Daily POD monitoring and tracking with warehouse
- Issue billing from SAP system
- Printing invoice and matching with picking list and SO for checking purpose
- Invoice’s hard copy distribution to sales team and filling
Outbound Follow Up:
- Follow up with sales team for those order is long pending issued and awaiting delivery instruction
- Check with warehouse on the delivery status when dealer chasing for urgent delivery
- Provide POD copy to sales team when dealer inform not received cargo
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
