Junior Sales Executive – Conference Industry

About Us: Trueventus, located in the heart of KL Sentral, is in search of energetic, honest, and hardworking individuals to join our team as full-time sales executives. We specialize in selling delegate and sponsorship space for conferences. As a junior sales executive, you’ll have the chance to grow with us while earning a competitive salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spend the majority of your time making phone calls to prospective clients.
  • Explain complex ideas and business topics clearly over the phone.
  • Handle rejections with resilience and continue making calls with tenacity.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Meet and exceed conference and monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Engage in cold calling to sell products and achieve high sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and computer literacy.
  • A minimum of a college or university degree.
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in research and customer profiling.
  • Experience in cold calling and hard-core selling is an advantage.
  • Strong deal-closing skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with a “can-do” approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate previous high performance.
  • Negotiation, influence, and persuasion skills.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and a drive to succeed.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
