About Us: Trueventus, located in the heart of KL Sentral, is in search of energetic, honest, and hardworking individuals to join our team as full-time sales executives. We specialize in selling delegate and sponsorship space for conferences. As a junior sales executive, you’ll have the chance to grow with us while earning a competitive salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spend the majority of your time making phone calls to prospective clients.
- Explain complex ideas and business topics clearly over the phone.
- Handle rejections with resilience and continue making calls with tenacity.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette.
- Meet and exceed conference and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Engage in cold calling to sell products and achieve high sales performance.

Requirements:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and computer literacy.
- A minimum of a college or university degree.
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in research and customer profiling.
- Experience in cold calling and hard-core selling is an advantage.
- Strong deal-closing skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a “can-do” approach.
- Ability to demonstrate previous high performance.
- Negotiation, influence, and persuasion skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and a drive to succeed.

- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.
