Key Job Responsibilities
•Support the Operating Theatre nurses and medical assistants in providing clinical knowledge and skills.
•Supervise and assist new employees in perioperative nursing skills.
•Plan and execute clinical attachment for new employees according to their learning needs.
•Perform clinical assessments according to employee job scope and provide constructive feedback.
•Prepare training materials and conduct trainings.
•Liaise with surgeon,anaesthetist,senior staffs and vendor to arrange specific training sessions.
•Maintain training records for all Operating Theatre employees.
•Work closely with management team and provide input for the development of Operating department.
Job Requirements
•SRN registered with Malaysian Nursing Board.
•Degree in Nursing
•Post Basic in Perioperative Nursing
•Five (5) years in work related experience with Post certification / Degree in area of specialization.
•Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
•Computer literate.
•Competent in Nursing Care.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
