Executive Creative Designer

Key Feature of The Role:

This dynamic creative position combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution across multiple channels, encompassing end-to-end ownership of visual design projects in both traditional and digital media. The role requires expertise in creating marketing collateral, digital content, and multimedia assets while maintaining brand consistency. Working closely with the marketing team, the successful candidate will drive visual communications through various channels including print materials, website assets, social media content, photography, and videography, while ensuring exceptional quality standards in all deliverables.

Role Descriptions:

  • Able to conceptualise and execute day-to-day graphic design support across a variety of creative projects including advertising, branded content, and marketing collateral for both online and offline usage such as promotional posters, brochures, banners, social media assets, web assets like banners, digital format ads, GIF, videos, etc.
  • Has a strong ability to produce new, creative, and thoughtful designs and ideas along with the brand’s direction and identity.
  •  Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet urgent deadlines together with the marketing teammates.
  • Requires coordinating with external agencies, printers, and other related design and printing as needed.
    Assist in monthly POSM printing productions with the marketing team to ensure all materials are printed at the best quality.
  • Photography and videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos that resonate with our audience.
  • Digital/ E-commerce: Responsible for creating digital content assets for the website and updating the website regularly to ensure all assets are displayed properly and correctly.
  • Social media: Work closely with the marketing team on creating new ideas and assets to drive social media engagement and reach.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Advertising, Art/ Design, Creative Multimedia/ Communications, or equivalent
  • Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of related working experience.
  • Must be well versed in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effect software’s. Proficiency in other creative disciplines or software is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional creative designs and creative thinking.

Prerequisites

  • Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong portfolio (Kindly present your portfolio during the interview).
  • Creative and has an eye for details for creative work.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, website design, social media, advertisement, etc.
  • A good team player with a passion in marketing and branding.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
